Our Mission
Pro-EMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women in Timor-Leste through professional education. We believe that quality education is the key to breaking cycles of poverty and creating prosperous futures.
Our programs combine theory and practice, preparing our students not only with technical skills, but with confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to transform their own lives and their communities.

Restaurant & Professional Culinary Arts
Our training restaurant is open to the public and serves as a practical laboratory for students in the culinary program. Under the guidance of professional instructors, students learn all dimensions of gastronomy: from advanced culinary techniques to kitchen management, customer service, and teamwork.
Each dish served is an opportunity for growth. Each shift is a lesson in professionalism. Each feedback is a step toward excellence.

Hotel & Hospitality
Sunset Inn is much more than a hotel — it’s a living, dynamic learning environment. As an integral part of Pro-EMA, it serves as the training ground for our hospitality students.
From reception to room service, from reservation management to tourism services, our students actively participate in the hotel’s daily operations, preparing themselves for solid careers in the tourism and service industries.
